CIRCUIT SESSIONS
Circuit sessions are a great way to increase all over body strength and conditioning to supplement existing fitness routines or do on their own. You can do my free 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Circuits Session from a selection of over 50 available online. Circuit Sessions
We’ve all changed the way we all do things recently, including exercise, with online exercise becoming increasingly popular. Having built up a group of regulars over lockdown who say they enjoy the ease of exercising at home, I have created over 50 High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Circuit Session available online for anyone to do in their own time!
Each session consists of three rounds of 10 exercises (which change for each session). I take you through a demonstration at the beginning, with alternatives for each exercise, before a warm-up. I then do 30 seconds per exercise, 4 seconds between each, with a minute’s rest after each round and finishing with a cool down. It’s fast and furious, setting you up well for the day!
